The Southwind Volleyball Club is committed to helping athletes of all ages and levels develop their skills in order to be more successful on the court. Southwind in conjunction with the Johnson County and Blue Vally Parks & Recreation Districts offers Fundamental Volleyball Camps during the school year over Winter and Spring break for players in 3rd through 12 grade. (Age restrictions vary between JCP&RD and BVP&RD.)

Fundamental camps provide an environment for learning and fun. We believe players who enjoy the sport and their time at camp will be more likely to continue playing and increase their volleyball skills. Players will learn proper technique and movement for the overhand serve, passing, setting, and hitting. They will also cover basic strategy of the game. Parents are invited to attend the last day of camp to watch players compete against one another.

Spring Break Camp with Johnson County Parks and Recreation District scheduled for March 15th thru the 18th from 9:00 am till 12:00 pm.
