Southwind Volleyball Club Training for Individuals or Teams
(Rates to take affect October 5, 2008. Beginning August 1, 2010 rates will return to the amounts found below. The summer rates will no longer be in effect.)

Individual Volleyball Training: Athletes looking for more instruction and individual attention will benefit from training one-on-one with a Southwind Coach. To assist the athlete in attaining their "best game" the athlete's skills and abilities will be assessed and a program will be developed and implemented.
Fee: $35.00/half an hour + gym rental
Fee: $60.00/hour + gym rental

Volleyball Training for Small Group (3 - 5 people): Players interested in some extra training and instruction will benefit from working in a small group with a Southwind Coach.
Fee: $65.00/hour + gym rental

Volleyball Training for Teams (6+ people): Players interested in developing into a stronger team will gain from instruction and training from the Southwind coaching staff. Southwind has worked with adult and junior teams.
Fee: $75.00/hour + gym rental

Speed & Agility Training (1-3 people): In addition to volleyball athletes Southwind has made a commitment to assist all athletes in attaining their best. Work with a certified Speed & Agility coach to increase core body strength and speed & agility.
Fee: $55.00/hour + gym rental

Speed & Agility Training for Teams (4+ people): For teams wanting to increase core body strength, speed, quickness, and agility. This program will assess, develop, and implement a workout for athletes.
Fee: $75.00/hour + gym rental

Athletes working with a Southwind Coach need to fill out the following form. Please bring with you to the first training session: Training Agreement. (If under the age of 18 forms need to be signed by parent/legal guardian.)


Small Group Training: (5.6.10) At this time we are currently setting up times for small group training sessions. These sessions are currently open only to our Southwind members of the 2009-2010 season and will open to non members Saturday, May 8th. Notice small group sessions listed along with the skill, grade, and coach. If you would like to attend a small group session please email rachelmagana@southwindvb.com to request permission to attend. Participation in each session is limited to 3-5 athletes and is on a first come first serve basis. Cost for attendence to a small group session are as follows (5.20.10):
1) Athletes currently signed up for and paid in full for summer activities $35/hr
2) Non-Southwind members or athletes not registered or have not paid for summer activities $45/hr

Players doing only League OR Intensity $35/hr per individual $55/hr per individual + gym rental ($15/hr)
Players doing neither League or Intensity $45/hr per individual $60/hr per individual + gym rental ($15/hr)
